You have not activated your account and not finished your registration, yet. Please click on the link in your email AND click the button on this site to complete your registration definitely. Account activation is available for maximum 24 hours only. If you miss confirming your account within this time period you’ll have to register again to become a member, a few days later.
Where is or what is the activation key?

I didn’t get any points credited, can you refund them?
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the awarding of points, the respective providers decide which criteria apply, so we can not verify or control this. Please read their instructions carefully. We don’t offer point refunds, because too many users try to sneak points out this way.
How to redeem rewards?
If you have collected 10,000 points (US$ 10), then you will automatically receive a payment via PayPal. A payout will take at least 30 days, as we usually have to wait for the final confirmation of your points by the providers. Please make sure to specify the correct e-mail address to your PayPal account.
Why is my account locked?
Why don’t I get access when trying to login?
In that case, you have been inactive for at least 3 months and your account has been deleted on the basis of our terms and conditions: After 90 days of inactive membership, the account and all compensation will be automatically deleted without the member being entitled to any payment after that period. In addition, gross violations of our terms and conditions may have resulted in the immediate deletion of your account, usually the ones who know best why.
How can I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe with one click at any time easily. To do so, go to your account and select “Settings” there you find the option “Delete account”. Select the item “I understand the consequences”, and confirm your cancellation by clicking on the button. Your data is irretrievably deleted. Please also use this option as we will not delete you due to an e-mail for security reasons.
I haven’t received an e-mail yet, what can I do?
You have to check your spam folder, our emails will probably end up there. Please put us on your whitelist so that you can continue to receive our e-mails in the future. Our e-mail is “info[AT]onlinepanel.net”.
I have not yet received a payout, when can I expect it?
You have apparently not yet deposited a PayPal address with us, so you will not receive any payout if you have reached the payout limit more than 30 days ago – if not, please be patient. Otherwise, please read the following instructions: Go to your account, select “Profile” then click “Edit”. Here you will find the button “Your PayPal Account”, enter your e-mail address for your PayPal account into the free field in this section, and confirm the correct input with a mouse click below.
Can I also participate in your offers from my country?

How often am I generally invited to participate in surveys?
You are not invited to the online surveys from us via e-mail. You will find a selection of possible surveys and other offers in your user area, in which you can actually participate daily. So come back every day and earn points. Once a week, you can also win points on our Wheel of Fortune without any preconditions.

What should I do in case of not receiving the points from survey participations?
You will receive your points after participating in surveys conducted by our sponsors, once you have completed the entire survey, until the end of the questionnaire. Please follow all the rules to get your points on time: Survey participants respond truthfully and spontaneously to the questions they are asked, reflecting their personality, tastes and interests. Do not use a VPN or proxy to change your IP address or location, and do not manipulate your identity.
What should I do in case of not receiving the points from the sponsor’s apps or offers?
Each app and offer has its own rules according to which payment is made. You have to carefully read the descriptions of the apps and offers first. Basically you get your points only after the actual use. You will only receive points once, e.g. for the first download, so make sure you download the apps for the first time – or according to the terms and conditions of the providers of sponsored offers.
I want to participate in surveys in a specific language or country, so why cant I?
You will receive the surveys in the country in which you live or go online, a manual selection of the survey language or country is not possible and not desired. If you attempt to deceive us about your real residence or real country of origin, your account will be deleted immediately.
What type of payment will I receive?
You will always receive a money payment, which can only be transferred to a PayPal account. We currently do not offer vouchers as a compensation option. You must achieve a balance of 10,000 points (equivalent to US$10.00) in order to cash earnings. The value always corresponds to exactly 10,000 points, i.e. exactly 10 US$ or in your respective currency. The surplus points remain deposited in your account.
Where can I find my account, e.g. with my points history?
Just click on the sketched head in the top menu, or on your picture, if you have already uploaded a profile picture. There you will find several options for your profile and settings, under “My History” you will find a detailed list of the points earned so far.
